1. User can not report same 3rd-Hand or user twice.
2. Phone number will be verified after selecting city from
address.
3. On verifying the phone number, You will receive
messages related to 3rd-Hands.
4. If User or 3rd-Hand is reported, Comdoity reserve
rights to approve or reject this request.
Once action taken against user or 3rd-Hand, email will be sent to respected User or
owner of
3rd-Hand about action taken.
5. Comdoity has rights to activate or deactivate any
3rd-Hand or user.
6. A user is not allowed to request for a new 3rd-Hand
until user has marked
previous
requested 3rd-hand as completed or not completed and provided rating and comment (rating
and comment are optional)
7. A Free user is not allowed to change his/her city until
after 1 month of
previously
changing city.
8. Any user that changes his/her address will have to
revalidate his or her
address.
9. Any user that changes his/her email will have to
revalidate his/her
email.
10. Any user that changes his/her telephone will have to
revalidate his/her
telephone.
11. Any user that changes his/her telephone will have to
revalidate his/her
telephone.
12. If Comdoity rejects ID Proof or Address Proof, User
needs to upload it again.
